Michael Hayden (Irish) - Partner

Michael focuses on developing the commercial structure of airlines; specialised in airline start-ups he can build a team from scratch, develop and implement governance and procedures leaving a solid commercial structure in place. Michael has spearheaded the commercial setup of airlines in diverse cultural societies. He has recently worked in Ireland, UK, Kuwait and Russia and advised companies in Egypt, Iran and Syria. 15 years experience in managing delivery of consulting services and sales solutions in competitive markets. Experience proven extensive expertise in airline start-up, effective sales methods, ground breaking creative advertising, market selection & stimulation and development and management of commercial aviation systems.

Dmitri Mirgorodsky (Russian) - Partner

With his 20 years in airlines, MRO and OEM, including 14 years of experience as executive, Dmitri focuses on new business start up, operational performance improvement and comprehensive projects' management - from teams creation, merge and re-structuring to effective people and processes management, including all cross border and multi-cultural aspects. Dmitri has developed customerservices system of new Sukhoi Superjet airliner from scratch, he has strong expertise in all Russia/CIS related matter and marries this with proven expertise in Aviation

 Authorities management, both Russian/CIS and EASA.

Practical experience in all areas of aerospace industry - from OEM and system suppliers to airlines, MRO and service companies, backed by strong customer services skills and commercial negotiation practice - allow Dmitri to immediately leverage these while resolving complex issues of international aviation business.

Bryon (British)* - Associate Partner

David was part of the team that set-up the low cost carrier bmibaby in 2002, and subsequently progressed to become Commercial Director and then Managing Director in 2004. The airline grew rapidly carrying over 4M passengers with a fleet of 21 Boeing 737 aircraft in 2006, flying to over 40 destinations across Europe from four main UK bases.

David has a degree and PhD from the University of Liverpool in the UK, and use to work in the USA on various ecommerce and internet related projects. Then he returned back to UK to work for British Midland Airways, leading from 2000 on its move into ecommerce and spearheading its online sales channel.

Since leaving bmibaby David has worked on a number of aviation related projects and is a frequent keynote presenter and chair at conferences across the world. He has recently started researching the application of airline revenue management strategies to other sectors, including restaurants and football clubs.
